Paul Stratford
Owner and Managing Director
Paul has been involved in the wine industry since an early age when Stratford's was started by his parents as a wine mail order business. Since the early 90's Paul has transformed the business into one of the UK's leading agencies, specialising in sourcing, selling and marketing New World wine styles.

Bob Bailey
Sales Director
Bob heads up the National & Regional Sales Team and manages Stratford's accounts in Southern Ireland. Prior to joining Stratford's Bob held senior sales management positions in the Information Technology industry as well as, during his early career, in hotel and catering.

Rob Thompson
Account Manager - National Retail
Rob joined Stratford's in 2005 and is responsible for selected national retail accounts. He has extensive experience in the drinks industry, having held various positions in sales and marketing with large & small companies.

 

 

 

 
Mark Boardman
Account Manager - National Retail
Mark is responsible for selected national retail accounts.  Mark joined Stratford's in 2003 when he took on the role of Account Manager for the Southern Region, before his current role.  He has held retail and on-trade sales positions within the wine industry since 1995, including a period in Australia.

Elizabeth Killick

Account Manager – South East England

Elizabeth joined the Stratford's team in 2005 and is responsible for all sales in the South East of England.   Previous to her current role at Stratford's, Liz spent over 7 years working within the wine industry, holding national & regional account manager roles.

Account Manager - South West England

Catherine joined Stratford's in 2004 and is responsible for all sales in the South West of England including wholesalers and retailers.  Catherine has spent the last 8 years in the wine industry.

Account Manager - Scotland
Hamish is responsible for all sales in Scotland & Northern Ireland. Hamish has worked in the wine industry for many years, specialising in Australian wines and has a wealth of experience in selling to the retail and restaurant sectors.

Elin Boork

Wine Training and Support Manager

Elin joined Stratford's in 2005 and is responsible for organising trade, press and consumer events.   Previous to Stratford's, Elin has held various marketing positions within the wine industry working in the UK and in Sweden and has also studied in Australia.

 

Erika Lewington
Marketing Manager

Erika manages all marketing activities at Stratford's including brand
building, promotions, press relations, events and communications.   Erika was previously at Sony Pictures Entertainment where she gained extensive marketing, commercial and management experience before being appointed Head of Marketing in 2005. Erika took a career break to have her son before joining Stratfords in May 2007.

Tanya Doherty
Marketing Assisant

Tanya joined the Stratford's team in 2006.  In her role as marketing assistant she is responsible for managing all promotional and point of sale material, internal and external marketing communications, and maintaining the website.   As well as supporting the marketing manager in all other aspects of business.


Bernadette Clark
Sales Support Administrator

Bernadette has worked at Stratford's since 2000 and is responsible for customer liaison and managing sales order processing.  She is the main customer contact at head office.  Bernadette has a wealth of PA and administration experience gained through a variety of roles in related industries.

Jenny Harris
Accounts Assistant
With more than 12 year's experience in business and financial accounting, Jenny joined Stratford's in 2002 and is responsible for the sales ledger.

David Burns
General Manager
David has been at Stratford's since 2002 and is responsible for shipping, warehousing and distribution, as well as head office management. David has over 20 year's experience of logistics management gained during his senior roles with key operators in the industry.

Commercial Manager
Neville joined Stratford's in 2005 to co-ordinate the buying and commercial activities of the business, as well as quality control and technical backup for the sales team.  Originally from a restaurant management background, previous to Stratford's Neville spent five years in operations management in the wine trade.

Nigel Gibbes
Retail Shop Manager

Nigel joined Stratford's in 1998 and responsible for managing Stratford's retail unit at the headquarter offices in Cookham.  This includes telephone, website and mail order enquiries.

Marcela Stefkovicova
Samples Co-ordinator/Administrator

Marcela is responsible for all stock and sample handling, including deliveries and orders and also assisting with administration.  She's been working for Stratford's since 2000 in various roles.
